MCQ has performed hundreds of renovations for diverse federal agencies including US Coast Guard, General Services Administration, FBI, US Secret Service, US District Court, US Court of Appeals, US Attorney’s Office, Social Security Administration, Department of Defense and many others.  Work performed has ranged from painting or carpet replacement in individual offices to the execution full renovations of entire floors at Federal buildings and leased facilities.   MCQ held GSA’s Miami Service Center IDIQ for 5 years before graduating from the SBA’s 8(a) program and serviced most federal buildings from Key West to Fort Pierce throughout the duration of that project.

Completed in excess of 500 federal projects ranging from a 267 task order IDIQ for the Miami Service Center for General Services Administration and multiple design/build interior renovations for General Services Administration, US District & Bankruptcy Courts and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to the first vehicle charging station installed at the Claude Pepper Federal Office Building. In addition, we have executed renovations for the US Coast Guard in Miami Beach, Department of Defense at MacDil AFB and Homestead AFB as well as for National Aeronautics and Space Administration at Kennedy Space Center.
