Construction Superintendent – Federal, Educational & Commercial Projects

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team. Our projects include federal, educational, and commercial buildings, and we are looking for a leader who can manage field operations from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site activities, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely and efficient execution of the project
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local building codes and safety regulations
  • Manage project schedules, inspections, and quality control procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and project managers
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and communicate progress with clients and stakeholders
  • Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in federal, educational, or commercial construction
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors on active job sites
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
  • Experience with GSA, US District Court or other federal construction projects preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred

Commercial Flooring Installer – Carpet & Resilient Flooring

We are seeking skilled and dependable Flooring Installers to join our growing team for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing a variety of flooring systems, including carpet tile, broadloom, VCT, LVT and/or sheet vinyl flooring.

Position: Flooring Installer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install carpet and resilient flooring on commercial job sites
  • Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, or applying appropriate underlayments
  • Cut, fit, and seam flooring materials to specifications and layouts
  • Operate flooring tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow project drawings, manufacturer instructions, and quality standards
  • Ensure job site cleanliness and proper disposal of waste
  • Coordinate with field supervisors and project managers for schedule and workflow

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial flooring installation
  • Proficiency in installing carpet tile, VCT, LVT, sheet vinyl, and rubber base
  • Ability to read and interpret layout drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a crew
  • Own basic flooring tools (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus

Drywall Installers – Framing, Hanging & Finishing

We are actively seeking experienced Drywall Installers to join our commercial construction team. Ideal candidates will be skilled in metal stud framing, drywall hanging, and finishing for interior commercial, institutional, and government projects.

Position: Drywall Installer

Location: South Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Install light gauge metal framing for interior partitions and ceilings
  • Hang drywall panels efficiently and securely
  • Tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface
  • Follow construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Collaborate with field supervisors and other trades for efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial drywall installation
  • Proficient in metal stud framing, drywall hanging, and finishing (Level 4 or 5)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team
  • Own basic hand tools (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
